Terms and Conditions of Sale

Thank you for visiting wevemgoods.com. The following Terms explain the rules for using this Site and buying from us, including how orders are formed, prices and payment, shipping, cancellations, returns, warranties and how disputes are handled. They are accepted when you browse the Site or complete a purchase.

1. Who May Use the Site

Purchases may only be made by persons aged 18 or over who can lawfully enter into contracts. This Site is not intended for children under the age of 13, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, and we do not knowingly collect their data. When you place an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

3. How Orders Work

When you complete checkout you make an offer to purchase the items in your cart. We confirm receipt by email and accept the offer by dispatching the goods; until then either party may cancel. We reserve the right to refuse an order — for example if a product is out of stock, a price was displayed incorrectly, our fraud checks are not satisfied, or the delivery address is outside our shipping regions — and in that case we refund you in full within 7 business days. Quantity limits may apply to some products.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available to the United States. Processing takes 1–2 business days, then 9–15 business days with Economy Shipping (USD 11.99; free from USD 179) or 8–13 business days with Fast Shipping (USD 19.99). Tracking is provided for every shipment. Should a shipment be delayed beyond the promised date, we tell you in advance and you may cancel free of charge for a full refund, as required by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. 5. Prices and Taxes

Prices are quoted in USD and can change without notice, but the price you see when you order is the price you pay. Applicable taxes (calculated at checkout based on the shipping address) and any shipping charge appear at checkout before payment, so the final total is always visible before you commit. Promotional "was" prices are genuine prior prices. Should an obvious pricing mistake occur, we are not obliged to sell at the wrong price: we will tell you and let you decide whether to proceed.

6. How You Pay

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Your card is charged when the order is placed. The charge appears on your statement as WEVEMGOODS.COM. If a charge is declined, or our payment provider's fraud screening flags the order, we may ask you for additional verification or cancel the order. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before contacting your bank — most issues are resolved within a business day.

7. Returns and Cancellation

You may cancel an order free of charge before the order ships and return most items within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging; certain products are non-returnable for hygiene or legal reasons. Returns are free — we cover return shipping. Returns are sent to 15 Cuttermill Road, Suite 188, Great Neck, NY 11021, United States. Approved refunds are issued 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item to the original payment method, and refunds for cancelled orders within 7 business days. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost. The complete Return and Refund Policy is part of these Terms and is presented to you before checkout.

8. Warranties and Disclaimer

Products are covered by the 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects described in our Return and Refund Policy. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the term of that limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The Site itself is provided "as is" and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Our Content

The Site and everything on it, including the Wevem name and logo, images, copy and design, belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Site to shop; no other rights are granted. Copying our content for commercial use, scraping the Site or reusing our images requires our written consent. Notices of alleged infringement should be sent to info@wevemgoods.com.

10. Acceptable Use and Reviews

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with its security or operation, or to misuse promotional codes. Customer reviews published on the Site are from verified purchasers; we do not publish fake reviews. By submitting a review or other content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it, and you confirm it is honest and your own. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

11. Liability

Our responsibility to you for any order is capped at the price you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost profits or lost data — to the extent the law lets us exclude them. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that consumer protection law does not allow us to limit. Where your state or country does not permit some of these exclusions, they apply to you only as far as the law allows.

12. Descriptions and Images

We make every effort to describe products accurately and to show them as they are. Colors may vary slightly with your screen settings, and dimensions are approximate unless stated as exact. Our products are unbranded, generic items sourced from selected manufacturers; any brand names appearing in descriptions are for compatibility reference only and do not indicate affiliation. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order ships; if an item becomes unavailable we contact you with the options of waiting, a substitute or a full refund. We do not use false scarcity or countdown claims.

13. Other Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order, and the current version is always available on the Site with its "last updated" date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your purchases. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to a successor of the business.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any purchase are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by the New York General Business Law § 349-350; refund policy disclosure under GBL § 218-a where it applies. Please contact us first at info@wevemgoods.com: almost every issue is resolved by our support team within a few days. Arbitration agreement. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, you and we agree that it will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its consumer rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Class action waiver: claims may be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of your first purchase. This section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Nothing in this section prevents you from filing a complaint with the consumer protection office of your state attorney general or with the Federal Trade Commission.
