Product Details
British architect John Pawson has built a career on distillation – stripping away the superfluous until only the essence remains. His Pawson Drift Collection (2025) embodies this philosophy, continuing his vision of elegance through simplicity. The Coffee Table’s recessed solid hardwood frame appears to float, with the illusion of weightlessness achieved through a subtle "shadow gap" – a precise space between the frame and top that creates both shadow and depth. “The dialogue between solid and void is again fundamental,” says Pawson. Made in the USA from globally sourced materials.
- Expertly crafted solid wood joinery and a square-edge frame ensure durability and elegance.
- Creates the illusion of floating in space.
- Pared back aesthetic rooted in proportion, surface, and light.
- Designed by British architect John Pawson.
